Meditation

As the energy of December 22nd nears
especially the Days before it - preceding it -
One should think of strengthening
the Balance Points in All Life -
 in all levels and planes of Being.

For it is within the Days that
the Light and the Dark,
The Male and the Female,
The Giver and The Receiver
come together and strike a "balance point"
on common ground.

A Trinity of Energies
will be created between
The Sun, The Moon and The Earth -
with Earth as the "focal point".

As Heavenly Emanations
enter through the Portal in The Sun
 they come forth towards Earth.
At the same time, they are  issued forth
towards The Moon- and The Moon,
as a large "reflecting mirror"
emanates these Divine Essences towards Earth.

Crystalline Vibrations fall gently like snow upon the planet.


As You go into Meditation -
proceed with your "usual methods of attaining a
"meditative state".

Remember that the focus and intent here
is the purpose of harmonizing all parts of
the Duality of Self
into the WHOLE OF BEING.

When you are ready, please state that
"I now align myself with The Great Column of Living Light"
as you envision a Light Column that goes through You
from your Crown to the The Earth.
Allow this Light to run throughout your Body and Bodies.

Hold out your LEFT HAND - palm up -
as you  mentally or verbally state  :
" I now accept the Masculine Principal"
"I now accept the Giving Vibration"
"I now become The Yin"

Hold out your RIGHT HAND - palm up -
as you mentally or verbally state :
 "I now accept the Feminine Principal"
"I now accept the Receiving Vibration"
"I now become The Yang"

As your hands are held palms up in front of you
you are still envisioning The Column of Light between you.

From a point above the Crown -
The Great Central Sun appears.
Its Energies create an "inverted V"
above the Column of Light-
that sends a beam of Light
- Crystalline Light -
to each hand.

Each Hand is energized and 'filled" with this
Divine Light Essence.

It is as if you are an
upward pointing "Arrow of Light"
with the "inverted V" above you
and the Light Column within you.


Now take both Hands, one at a time,
and place your Left Hand upon your Heart Center ( Chakra )
and place the Right Hand over the Left Hand-
on the same place- as You bring inward and allow yourself to be infused with The Living Light.

You may ask Mother Earth to accept any
"excess" of Vibrations that is coming through You.

You may now ask that The Body and Mind
release the concept of "myself"
 and accept the premise of "I SELF"
which is THE I AM.


With your Hands still on your Heart Center -
you envision your Soul Essence within you,
Purifying, Energizing, Balancing
and starting to become Radiant with Light.
The Soul Essence ascends up the Body
from the Feet and grows -
it will start to become "larger" than your Physical Body.

At the same time -
 -Your Divine Over Self -Your Spirit Self -
will start to descend and the two will start to imprint
one on top on another.
This is your "I SELF"


No longer will the small and mundane
vision and thoughts of your Life and Body take hold -
for it is the "I SELF"  -
The I  Am Presence
that you have allowed as your "New Being".


When you have allotted ample time
for this Energy to "super-impose"
- Spirit Self upon Soul Self -
  -Soul Self upon Spirit Self -
 - I Self upon Human Self -
 - I Self upon "myself" -
you will see the "Super Self"
that has been Created -
 harmonize and integrate within the Physical Body
 as they all become ONE.


When you are ready -
slowly release your Hands from your Heart Center and move them outwards in a sweeping motion with palms outward;
as the Essence of Light radiates out of your Heart and Hands.
Bestow this into your meditative room.


Send this Essence and Energy to your Home
and to your Planet.

This powerful Meditation provided a wonderful surge of Spiritual Energy
when it was presented to me by The Time Lords.

They have described themselves (in a previous meditation) as :
(The "being neither of the Dark nor of the Light, but a Force that works with matters of Form and cyclic Natures within the Universe.
They hold no judgment of how things progress or the outcome...
they are like the cogs or gears that turn Time within our Reality.
They have the "ability" to speed up or slow down
the timing of creation events within the galaxy."
 
 

The fact that it is The Time Lords that have presented
the above Meditation leads me to believe that the time frame
of this year's December Full Moon/ Solstice on December 22
is a very auspicious and powerful time, indeed !

This Meditation can be done anytime
and is not limited to just the time frame of this Decemebr 22.

In the Old Celtic calendar,
the month of Ruis ended on December 22.

Change is linked to creativity in the month of Ruis
and was a month that signifies  the paradox of:
 A time of timelessness,
youth in old age and old age in youthfulness,
life in death and death in life.
It is the end of the year's cycle
and the herald of a new beginning.

Our modern calendar now ends on December 31st
- but in days of olde - December 22nd was the last day of the year
It is followed by the only single blank day in the Celtic calendar
known as its name :
" The Secret of the Unhewn Stone"
 denoting the quality of potential in all things.

 The Celtic calendar began again on December 24th -
with the Month of Beth - a time of Purification and New Beginnings.

The point being implied here
is that the day after the Full Moon Meditation above
may be the Day of Integration of  The Divine Potential -
" The Secret of the Unhewn Stone" !


* On another note *

for those of you who have studied the Yin/Yang
Male/Female aspect of Being -
I would like to clarify a point made in the Meditation
 that may have confused you.

The Left Side of the Body ( and Left Hand) is Feminine
The Right Side of the Body ( and Right Hand) is Masculine.

When the portion of the Meditation suggested
that you open your Left Hand
and accept the "Male and Giving Principle"
and the Right Hand to accept the "Feminine and Receiving Principal"
 - this was not a mistake in its presentation-

It is the Yin/Left/Feminine/Receiving Side of you
accepting the Masculine/Giving/Yang Vibration
 and becomes Balanced Yin
It then reverses and becomes the
Yang/Right/Masculine/Giving Side of you
accepting the Feminine/Receiving/Yin Vibration
and becomes Balanced Yang.

I hope this lessens any confusion you may have had on this matter.
